This annual festival in Charleston, SC celebrates
the life of the late Bert Griggs.
A huge fan of live music, he turned his passion into a well-received apparel and accessories company, Drifter Merch, that was inspired by his favorite bands. In addition to Bert’s passion for designing and creating music-inspired and custom goods, Bert was an amazing father, husband, son, brother, and friend. Beyond his creative talents, he had a rare gift for making everyone he met feel like the most important person in the room, treating strangers like old friends. With a tender heart, a sweet soul, and a sense of humor that could brighten even the darkest moments, Bert's infectious laugh and warm smile left a lasting mark on those around him. His absence is deeply felt by everyone lucky enough to have known him.
